   Separate Service Terms apply if you purchase or use FORTH services. If these Website Terms conflict with an accepted Order or the Service Terms, the accepted Order and Service Terms prevail for the paid services.

2. Website purpose

   The website provides information about FORTH, its services, pricing approaches, digital tools, and ways to contact or engage FORTH.

   Website content is general information. It is not legal, accounting, tax, financial, privacy, accessibility, regulatory, or other professional advice.

   You should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before relying on information for an important decision.

3. Website scanner and automated outputs

   The website scanner and similar tools provide automated indicators based on the information and technical signals available at the time of the scan.

   A result is not a complete technical, security, accessibility, legal, search, content, or performance audit.

   Results may be affected by website configuration, temporary availability, blocking technology, location, device, third party services, or information that the scanner cannot access.

4. 4.

   A score, recommendation, comparison, or estimated opportunity is not a guarantee that a website change will produce a particular ranking, traffic level, lead volume, conversion rate, revenue result, or commercial outcome.

   You remain responsible for verifying a result before acting on it.

We also scan publicly available business websites ourselves, to prepare an honest report of what we found, which we may send to that business. A report contains only information that was public on the website at the time, and says what we checked and what we could not. 4. Enquiries and indicative information

   Sending an enquiry does not require FORTH to accept work and does not create a service agreement.

   Any estimate, package description, availability statement, or recommendation is indicative until confirmed in an Order.

   The applicable Fees, scope, timing, minimum commitment, and exclusions will be shown before a paid service is accepted.

5. Intellectual property

   Unless stated otherwise, FORTH or its licensors own the website, FORTH branding, text, graphics, tools, software, code, reports, scanner design, layout, and other website content.

2. 2.

   You may view the website and make a reasonable copy of public information for your own internal business evaluation.

3. 3.

   You must not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, licence, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or commercially exploit the website or its tools without written permission.

   Trade marks and third party content remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

   use the website unlawfully or deceptively;

   introduce malware, harmful code, or automated traffic that creates an unreasonable load;

   scan a website where you do not have a legitimate reason or authority to do so;

   submit false, infringing, confidential, or unlawfully obtained information;

   use outputs to harass, defame, deceive, or cause unlawful harm; or

   interfere with another person's use of the website.

FORTH may restrict access, reject a submission, or preserve relevant records where it reasonably believes misuse has occurred.

7. Third party services and links

   The website may contain links to or integrations with services operated by other providers.

   Those providers have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security arrangements.

   A link or integration does not mean FORTH endorses every statement, product, or practice of the other provider.

   If FORTH is liable in connection with free use of the website, FORTH's total liability is limited to 100 New Zealand dollars, except where a different limit is required by law.

   Liability connected with paid Services is governed by the accepted Service Terms.

New Zealand law governs these Website Terms and the New Zealand courts have nonexclusive jurisdiction.
